All housing applicants must

  • Manage and maintain their own medication

  • Have to violent crime convictions

  • Not require memory care

  • Must have income

  • Be mentally cognitive

  • Have no active warrants

  • Adhere to routine inspections

  • Be at least 21 yrs of age, pending housing compatibility

  • Maintain personal hygiene

  • Adhere to zero tolerance house rules in reference to fighting, threats, harassment, violence, stealing, weapons, etc. 

  • Additional rules will be specific to the housing assignment.

Sober-living housing applicants will require the following prior to entry: 

​

  • Completion of a certified treatment program (30 day minimum), a referral from a certified institution, or referral from a case worker

  • Drug screening before entry and at random after entry.

​
